SHIPPING POLICY

Republic of Fishing (ROF)

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options depending on product type and destination:

Express Shipping
For fishing rods, backpacks, and bulky items, we use FedEx or DHL for international express delivery.

Standard Shipping
For smaller items such as lures and apparel (T-shirts, caps), we use SingPost or equivalent standard courier services.

Shipping method availability will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on product size, weight, destination, and courier service.
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment at checkout.

Please note:

  • All taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges upon delivery.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees must be paid directly to the courier or local authorities

  • ROF does not cover these charges

If customs fees are refused, the parcel may be abandoned or returned. ROF will not be responsible for any loss of funds resulting from such cases.

If you are unsure whether customs fees apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Currently, ROF does not ship to the following countries:

  • Australia

  • Italy

  • India

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Maldives

  • Mauritius

  • Philippines

  • South Korea

  • Hungary

If an order is successfully placed from any of the above countries, the order will be cancelled and refunded during processing.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 working days after processing

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

  • You may track your shipment via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays
