Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, order cancellations are not permitted.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges after payment has been made.
Customers are advised to double-check product specifications, models, sizes, and variations before checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective products.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

  • A detailed description of the issue

All claims will be reviewed by the ROF team. If the product is confirmed to be defective, ROF will advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements will not be approved if the issue is caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Fishing rods and gear are performance products and require proper usage.

Order Cancellations by ROF

ROF reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Technical or system errors

  • Fraud prevention or payment verification issues

If an order (or part of an order) is canceled by us, the customer will be notified and a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
